Cedar Cove Estates Development

Thank you for your interest in Cedar Cove Estates.  

Cedar Cove Estates has 10 single family homes framed with siding and finish work started.  We have 3 different floor plans to choose from.  Feel free to contact us to have an early viewing before the home is finished.

After the single-family homes are complete, we will then start foundations for the duplexes and then move on to the quadplexes. 

All home options will be individually owned, there will not be any available for rentals.  Each option will be either a 2- or 3-bedroom home with a 1 and 2 car garage.  Each single-family home and duplexes will have its own well, and quadplexes will have shared wells.  All homes will be serviced by a shared community septic system maintained by the HOA.  The main road will be maintenance through the HOA as well as the yards and driveways for the duplexes and quadplexes.  Single family homeowners will be responsible to maintain their own driveways and yards.
